Cancellation Policy

Online Art Course Booking Policy Thank you for booking an online art course. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policy before confirming your booking. 1. Booking & Payment All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. 2. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-cancellable. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, and the session may be forfeited. 4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. 5. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened class, and sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. 6. Technical Requirements Students are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and access to the required materials and software (if applicable) prior to the session. Technical issues on the student’s side do not qualify for rescheduling or refunds. 7. Instructor Cancellations In the unlikely event that the instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund. 8. Conduct & Participation A respectful and positive learning environment is expected at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund. 9. Materials & Preparation Any required materials or preparation instructions will be communicated in advance. It is the student’s responsibility to review and prepare accordingly before the session. 10.
